James Gaskin

James Gaskin

James writes books, articles, and jokes about technology. And now, contemporary mysteries and SF and more, because stories don't become obsolete like tech.

From his home in the Dallas area, James spends half his workday writing about technology, adding to the thousands of articles, columns, case studies, and reviews he’s done over the last three decades. The other half he spends writing about telepathic teenagers, sentient computer systems, and galactic frat boys ordered to destroy Earth.

When not writing, he plays classical chamber music on the violin and tennis (but not at the same time). Every chance they get, James and his wife play with their grandchildren, who are more fun than almost anything.
